Red-RX7, I know you can't wait to get your car back from Marcos, me on the other hand I'm just sitting in a holding pattern waiting on the price debut of the motor mounts and oil pan, BTW THAT IS ONE BIG *** INTERCOOLER!!!!! . Don't forget when you get your car back to break everything in before you start whooping *** on your local slab (aka streets)

I understand you are waiting on a few key peices. It is tuff, because I was once in the simular boat.

My break in period will be the drive home; 1224.5 miles to be exact.

It will be a blast!!

Everyone will know soon enough about the performance guru provides.

Stay tuned.

i was THIS close to buying a guru...... i know Ari had two Guru's and you now have the second one. if i keep blowing trannies in 2k miles i will have no choice but to go with the guru. its a really nice unit. i'm pretty sure marcos meant that twisting everything in the tranny wouldn't happen with the guru well it better last a long time for the $5000 it costs. i can rebuild my tranny 5 times for that much money...... i hope to hear great experience from everything which you should have !

Who has a link to some info on these Guru trannies? I did a quick search and got nothing.
Is it a dog-ring, sequential, synchro, what is it. $5000 is much cheaper than the Jerico I want which is good. Need more info please.

Stupid me had it bookmarked the whole time. Just haven't looked at it in a long time.
I have many questions about these trannies and started a new thread so as not to hijack this one.

I say again that is a BIG *** INTERCOOLER!!!! Hey Marcos let me ask you question, since I'm not going to drag my car, (well once or twice) will a stock 98 tranny be good enough for highway running?
