Those are one of the many items that you have the honor of fabricating yourself. Welcome to the wonderful world of the 20B.

Racing Beat and Mazdatrix sell steel 20B flanges which you could use instead, or you could use them for templates to fabricate your SS flanges. BTW, 321SS is much better than 304SS, although it is more difficult to work with.

Some of the smaller rotary performance shops may be able to make you a SS flange or manifold. SR Motorsports sells custom manifolds, so they may be able to help.

I paid Paul at K2RD to laser cut me one out of 304L. I recall he made about half a dozen at the same time. He should still have them in stock.

I'm pretty sure MVA Motorsport and Pineapple Racing would make you SS 20B flanges as well.

K2RD DOES still have the SS exhaust flanges. They retail for $99 I believe.

And yes, I'm still alive

I'll second that as I already got one from awhile back.
However I want another one as I may require two different setups with different mounting positions of the engine in the car(s)

TT_Rex_7 made me a ss 13b flange a short while ago and I was also very pleased with it.

Well, I was going to buy one from him but he wanted me to pay $160.00 delivered To Los Angeles for it... TOO MUCH MONEY! plus its a laser cut out of 304 SS and only a 3/8 thick.. Anyway I passed as I just could not see spending that much for his flange. I will have my CNC guy who owes me money make it for me on his HAAS CNC mill. I am going to buy the material tomorrow. Going to use 321 SS 1/2 thick. Should have the Flanges in about a week or two.. Even with the cost of material and CNC time, I am sure the finished product will cost well below $160.00 each.. I will have flanges soon for sale .. going to make atleast 20 in the first batch and My flanges will be polished....I will post up pics and specs on the flange once it is done...

I'm not trying to "undercut" anyone. He asked where he could get one, and I told him, along with how much. The same thing you did.

If your selling them for 100 bux, your making a pretty penny off of each one. I can make them for ~60.00 and still make a nice chunk of money. Of course, if you job it out, I can understand why your selling them for that amount. Not only do you have to make money, the other guy does too. Luckily, I own a machine shop, and I just do these for favors, which isn't very often. My main work is from Bridgestone/Firestone, military/government, and the medical field, so don't worry, i'm not trying to take any work from you, I already have more than I know what to do with!

Here's some pics of the 13b flange I did for Rx-Heven. https://www.rx7club.com/single-turbo-rx-7s-23/my-new-ss-manifold-pics-415263/ It was all buffed and cleaned up when I sent it out, so the welder must of done some filing on it.

If you'd like, PM me and I may be able to get them to you cheaper than your supplier. I'm just about ready to get started on Rx-Hevens flange, and would rather make up more than one. Personally, i'd do it from 5/8" 304 stainless. As far as polishing the flanges, there's really no point. After the manifold gets to operating temp. it'll discolor.

I have 10 more flanges coming in due to popular demand. (sold all but 1 of the previous 10 made)
$135 shipped to U.S. 3/8" laser cut stainless.

TT Rex 7 - If you could make me a 1/2" 321 stainless flange machined, that is what i have been looking for and would be more than happy to buy one from you.

Shoot me a PM on how much you pay to have your flanges made. I might to get them to you cheaper. I'll get you a price on a 1/2" 321 flange also. However, i'd go with 1/2" 304, or 5/8" 304. Your choice though, just send me a PM.
