20B with side exhaust ports

I am sitting here waiting to go home on my massive afternoon break on mondays and I got to thinkin'....
If someone had the money and the time do you guys think it would be possible to custom build 20B rotor housings with side exhausts like the new Renesis?

It'd be pretty cool to see a 20B with 56% more NA horsepower and 40% higher mileage.

Side exhaust ports don't increase horsepower, they subtract it. Notice that the Renesis makes only 250hp from 10,000rpm. In my book that is pathetic, especially considering that the engine has much higher compression.

When you elimminate overlap, you eliminate midrange. The only reason the Renesis has side exhaust ports is EMISSIONS. Because it cleaned up emissions so well, they were able to make the ports larger so that they could salvage some horsepower at stratospheric RPM.
