20B B Code LONGBLOCK PART OUT???

OK, I am considering doing something crazy... I have a complete, PERFECT condition with PERFECT COMPRESSION, B series JCESE 3rotor 20B longblock that I am considering tearing down and parting out.. WHY??? Do to overwhelming demand for 20b Spare parts.. The motor I am considering doing this with is one of my spare motors and it is a perfect motor with absolutely nothing wrong with it..

I order for me to do this, I would need to net atleast $4000.00 in total sales of all the parts (currently what a 20b longblock is worth to me) for it to be worth it.

So lets talk about it... who needs what part from this engine and what you guys believe is fair market VALUE for the particular part??

I would not even consider taking any tools to the motor until atleast 85% of the parts are pre-sold...

What do you guys think?? is this something you are interested in?? If not, I will gladly keep the motor in storage for a later project down the road..

The secondary intake inlet on the 20b side plates are larger. The front plate of the 20b engine has tension bolt holes.

the 20b uses rear facing tension bolts for the 1st rotor. This is only on 20b's. 13B's tension bolts are installed in the rear facing forward.

not to hate on japan2la's thread here, but, bosscobra: trying to piece a 20b engine together will cost you a fortune. You need 20b specific tension bolts. They arent the same as the 13b. any of them. PLus you need the upper and lower intake manifolds, fuel rails, etc etc. look on ebay they are always for sale...just tryin to save you a few bucks.
