worried omp ?
worried omp ?
I just moved from the corpus christi area to Odessa tx, and drove the rx-7 up here.
somewhere along the way one of the lines from the OMP, the one closest to the fire wall.
the car is now lacking some power, not a lot but some.
did i screw this thing up or what?
ive replaced the lines. what else should i do?

That line would be going to the corresponding rotor, i.e. #2, closest to the firewall. If that omp line could come loose, then something else may have on the trip as well. Did you check to see if one of the vacuum lines had popped off or something? If you had blown a seal I reckon that the engine would be shuddering or sputtering, if its not then you may be ok.
yeah, man im going to let it cool down and then check all the vac lines. the motor still runs good and doesnt make any new noises its just not as quick through the gears as it was when i left for Odessa
well i found that the dizzy cap had a terminal inside that was bent, the cap was brand new.
when i bought this car the cap had this same bent terminal, do i have a bearing problem in the dizzy maybe? im sure the cap was on straight and correct, is this a common problem?

same here i even quadruple checked it since when i bought the cars the terminal was bent then just out of the blue whamo bent terminal. i thought it maybe from high revs but i put a new one on and took it to 7500 a few times and nothing wrong yet
