Sweet... how much was the carb rebuild? A friend is looking at a rex, and the owner says it runs, but needs a new carb. :S

FBII,

Man, I'm really happy for ya! I know you've been having headache upon headache with that carb! Starting to sound sorta like mine I haven't managed to figure out how to reassmeble my first nikki yet, so I'm not gonna DARE take the second one apart I have felt your pain with the stupid carb problems, and hopefully, soon I'll feel your w00t!

vipernicus, honestly i should have just rebuilt the carb myself. i know the owner of a local speed shop that specializes in holleys and they rebuilt my carb for 20 bucks, i took it all apart though because they actually messed up and put it back together in like 20 minutes. it's really not that hard. just take pictures as you go along.

Man that is great that you are back up and running. You have had a number of setbacks, but that seems to be behind you now.

Enjoy it
