Wiring Relays for the car and Fused via a Centech AP-1

Well this is only the beginning of the wiring, it will not be completed till the shell is completed, to find out exactl wiring lenght. Only 5 Relays are show but there will be a total of 7 maybe 8 for the following items:

2 - Driver side window (Up/Down)
2 - Passenger side window Up/Down
1 - Fuel Pump
2 - Headlights (Low/High)

1 - E-Fan (Maybe)

To start I should say the AP-1 fuse holder is really nice and even came with the fuses same ones that you see. The 3 middle fuses branch into 2, and the 2 outside fuses are just single out. The middle ones come in handy for doing the windows or headlights since you can only use either or on those switches so no overload can occur like that. The outside ones right now i have one hooked up to fuel pump, and the other one will most likely be used for the carputer.

I still need how many amp fuse for each so don't go by those. Also the fuse block is rated at 60Amps. Once I get everything hooked up though, I will be posting some more pictures.

Thanks,

One thing though, i might be changing it to a metal plate instead of that plexi glass. i've already cracked it at a couple of spots and hate things like that. So i think I'm just going to get some 22 guage sheet aluminium or something similar. Also because I hate rust all bolts, nuts, washer are Stainless Steel.

Very nice. I did the headlight relay and power window relay mod and it works awesome. I would do the efan relay as they usually pull 30-40 amps at start up.
Headlight relay:
I don't have my diagrqam for the window relays as I'm at work.

If you do change to metal, try installing the relays a little differently. Right now it looks like you can't unplug the four at the bottom without unscrewing them. Even the one at the upper right looks too tight.

Well I'm just not sure about installing an E-Fan yet thats why I wrote maybe. I do have all those diagrams though. They all work on the same idea anyways.

Jeff,

I intentionally wired it up like that for a cleaner look. I'm not that lazy to take out a couple of srews out. . If I get the metal plate today I will post the updates of it.

Those relay sockets are great, I buy them by the Dozen for my shop, and Relays by the 25 pack.
