Wings / Spoilers for 1st Gen?

What's everyone's opinion on wings on the 1st Gen RX-7?

The rear end of these cars kinda comes to an abrupt end. It needs a wing (or something), but I've been looking around, and haven't found any that I really like.

Can some people post some pics of your wings / spoilers? Or provide links to some places that sell the wings?

Thanks!
Ian

Pacific used to offer the 'extended' whaletail, which I purchased for about $250 shipped about 10 years ago. Currently, the whaletail on my car is available from Mariah for about the same. Sleek to the body and isn't a burger bar wing like you see a lot of these days. Additionally, when mounted and molded, it really fits into the lines of the car, which I liked about it. HTH,

Hmmm.... without all the aluminum crap, that body kit almost makes the FB look like the FD.

Try the selectmaz website, they have the coolest understated rear spoilers, imo.

Note I said understated.

Huge wings look yucky.

I have one that looks like the second one but it is made by Pacific. I also have the Pacific rear valance and side skirts that look like the car in the second pic.

And if you are wondering where the kits are, check these out. http://www.mazdatrix.com/k79-85a.htm
I have the Pacific kit that looks like the first one. Infact, that is what my car looks like, except my car has different wheels.
