Will it work?

I've got a 390cfm Holley and was wondering if it will work on my '85 GSL 12a with a RB manifold? Or should I wait and get the RB Holley?

It'll work. Racing Beat uses a modified Square Bore Holley Carburator. Which means any Square Bore Holley/Carburator will work. I currently have a 600CFM Holley for myself.

If it doesnt fit, there are adapters out there.

I meant will it work with the stock fuel delivery or will I still need to upgrade to a larger fuel pump? The stock stock carb flows somewhere around 390 or so doesn't it?

gotta say, the stock on mine with a good port at 130 in 4th hittin 8grand never ran out of fuel. but you never know. i have since went with a holley blue (just in case). was a good price also. but i'd try the stock pump at first and see what you got. if not, find one on e-bay for under 50.

and for news, well it was cool. found out after i transfered the money for it. wasn't the greatest thing to hear that someone came by and bought it with cash today. but the money was returned befor i even knew what was up. i'll find another.

good luck with it. if you keep your stock omp. i have tapped some fittings into the intake itself to run the lines. works great. got the fittings from atkins. if you want i might be able to find a pic.
