it has fluid..but if you pump..it will it lose any fluid?..take a look at the slave cylinder...any moisture..and its shot...or maybe your clutch fork is out of alignment..

Possibilities:
Plugged clutch hydraulic line
Jammed slave cylinder piston
Ruptured slave cylinder piston seal
Ruptured master cylinder piston seal
Slave cylinder pushrod not lined up on clutch fork
clutch fork popped off of pivot ball
Seized throwout bearing (not sliding on trans cover)
When you push the clutch pedal, does it go to the floor easily, or does it take up load but not move?

Got to love it. post up a question and off line a few minutes later. Must not be in a hurry to find out. :-)
Anyways, this is clutch 101.
Most common thing to check first is loss of hydraulic pressure.
Pull back the rubber boot on the slave cylinder and inspect for leakage. If none there then look on the inside of the floor board where the clutch master bolts up and inspect for leakage there.
Check those 2 things first then report back.
Of course the no brainer is to inspect the fluid level in the clutch master but is not always a indication because it could of just started to leak and lose pressure.

I just replaced my master and slave. My fluid level was fine but I almost didnt make it home. I have a tendancy to hold the clutch while I'm parked after I start the car, usually because I'm changin CD's, and when I started to raise my foot the pedal just sat there. Fortunatly I had read a few threads regarding the same issue so I knew right away what the problem was. $100 later and some time and all is good as new. Have fun with the master cylinder, it can be a bitch.
