Your flooding it somehow. Try getting all that gas outta there, drying off the plugs so they at least have a chance of spraking, put them back in and try and start it. Pretty much any time you flood a car, the plugs get too wet to really spark well. Good luck.

Banned. I got OWNED!!!
If you just turn the key on, not crank it, does it immediately fill up with gas and flood the carb? If so (and really either way) the floats may be stuck. Tap the float bowl with a screwdriver/wrench/whatever. Don't beat the living hell out of it, just give it a couple taps. Sometimes the floats get stuck open and cause it to flood.

Alright, if your car does not turn over and just is flooded up the ***, well this is what I did to solve it. KEEP YOUR HANDS OFF THE CHOKE!!!!! Turn your engine on till just the electronics come on, then pump the gas 3-4 times pull out the choke about 1 cm and try to start. Once it has turned over, then pull the choke out a bit to keep it idiling so it won't die.
