Why is this happening?

OK, here goes. I have had my '83 down for the winter doing some upgrades and such. I noticed my oil change reminder sticker and looked at the mileage. Well it wasn't quite due, but i figured, what the heck, I'll go ahead and change it. When I removed the oil fill cap to put the new oil in, I noticed what looks like condensation in the oil fill tube. I almost had a panic attack. I looked at the bottom side of the oil cap (Mazdaspeed billet aluminum) ,and it had it on it too. I checked the coolant. Fine there. Checked the old oil. Normal. The only thing different now than the last oil change, is the rats nest is gone, and I bought the new oil cap. The stock one had a crack in it. I have never seen it do this before. I have had other people say this can be normal for a car that sits in a heated garage with a concrete floor. Some body please tell me that everything going to be ok.

Its normal to have some condensation in your fuller tube, some people vent the cap to eliminate this, do a search on venting the oil tube

Removing the rats nest, removes the pcv system. Condensation in the oil fill tube and cap is a normal side effect.

Well, aint that just peachy. I still would like to know if it would work to put the line from the oil fill tube to the air box, and the line from the block to little crankcase filter. I guess you would have to use a PCV on the line to the air box, right?
