we've been mostly cracking down on questions that have been asked a ton of times and are asked without first searching. just trying to keep the forum clean form double or triple threads of the same question. we also crack down on disrespectful members. your comment about "the wall behind your desk"was tasteful and humorous. this thread is mostly original and the question is legitimate.

Man that thing looks nasty, I'd test it with 12 volts first and make sure its
putting out the volume and pressure you'll need first.
You can easily make a mounting plate just like it originally come with. Its just
an L shaped bracket with 3 holes in the top that the three small bolts on top
stick through and then the bracket bends down 90 degrees and its mounted with
a couple of bolts to (usually) the left rear frame member just ahead of the
gas tank.
Also it has to mounted vertically according to the instructions.

putting out the volume and pressure you'll need first.
