Where to set timing.

What RPM should I set my timing at. I was reading for mechanical timing to set it up at 4000rpm. My vacuum advance was disabled already so I guess its mechanical setup.

What should I set it at for leading and stuff.

Well

750 rpm.

Your profile says you were born in 1965 but per the profile in myspace you're 17. Hmm...
