Successfully replaced the beehive o-rings and my oil pan gasket. Refilled with fluids and fired her up and no leaks. Excellent.
However, now my oil pressure gauge is not working -- every other gauge appears normal. Dipstick shows fine and the engine sounds good, so I know it's not starved. Also, I noticed this unconnected connector coming out of the loom near the beehive and going to the rat's nest.
I don't remember disconnecting this during disassembly, and I can't help but think that this is related to the non-functional gauge. I can't for the life of me figure out where it plugs back in. Sheathing appears to be yellow with brown.
That goes to the oil pressure sensor below and a tad to the left of the oil pedestal. It's round with a tab like thing. That connect goes over the top using the slot.

Good to know that it is, indeed, correlated. I'll check it out tomorrow. If anyone has a photo or a detailed diagram showing where it goes, that'd be great. But I'll bet this is one that I'll just have to feel around for with my hand.
Nevermind... I figured it out. I was looking for something that looked like a spade connector. I didn't realize that it "slides" onto the round tab on the OPS in a perpendicular fashion.
Connected it up, started her up, and gauge works fine now. Mods, feel free to close the thread.
