Light blue connector located under the pressure chamber - what does it connect to?

OK you'll have to excuse my stupidity, but I recently replaced the water thermosensor. In the process I remember disconnecting a couple of black (electrical) connectors, a white (electrical) connector, a coolant hose, and a couple of vacuum tubes after I got under the pressure chamber. When it came time to put everything back together, there was a lone light blue (electrical) connector staring at me. I don't remember disconnecting it, but then again my memory ain't as good as it was... Does this connector plug into anything?

Thanks!

It's unused non-california '93's. It's actually for the electrical EGR (Exhaust Gas Recycler).
