I live in europe and i can pick up a set of descent recaro's anywhere between 100 and 200$, mostly at a junkyard coming from a VW Golf GTI, Corrado or something like that. Is'nt that an option in the US? I can imagine that numerous sec. gen. Golfs GTI where sold in your country so they should have some sets lying around i geuss.

more cars than the supply of the limited cars that came with decent seats. usually they're one of the first things to get yanked when parting out a car.
