Those are Recaro mesh seats. They were made back in the 80's. Now, they make these...

All you will have to do is find the oldschool headrest and replace it with that one if it's removable.

i've always found that brand name to be funny and true. although i hear its a great brand (never had any myself) you pay the price.
from the sounds they must be italian. But in spanish, the world "caro" means "expensive" and "re" it's a term put in front of words to give the meaning of "really/very/extremely" therefore in spanish the name "recaro" means "very expensive"
