Yea I hear you!!! I got the Kosie's and they are pretty great; But A set of 16x7 panasports would awsome!! I think those are one of the best wheels of all time.

They have been around since the 60's and they still look awsome on just about any car.
That and there racing heritage cant be overlooked.

Definately. They look great on any older sports car. I like when you have fat tires and rims on the austin minis with fenders flared out to occomodate them. The RX-7 looks great the same way, flared wheel arches and a set of panasports makes the car look like it could kill anything on the racetrack!

The ROH Snypers come in 4x110, for all GSL and lower models. That is in the 15x7 size. They are $120 or $125 i think per wheel.

The ROH Reflex also. One of the Aussie's on the board has them - looks very nice.

The panasports look good too, check my sig.

SSR also has a four spoke rim with our bolt pattern.
RS Wantanabe makes a wheel for our cars too.
The last two cost more than many pay for an entire FB though.

Lets talk weight here. Anyone have a loose Panasport, Kosei K1, or ROH Snyper around?

Post weights and sizes please.

Also, Isn't Kosei Out of Business? I heard they went under. Sucks too because I like those wheels.

I have three sets of wheels in the 4 x 110 size. 1-13", 1-14" and 1-15". I'm located in Westminster, MD. If you're interested and want to look at them, e-mail me at asam@cris.com.

This sux, all the new street performance tires are only available in 15" and up. I love the Kumho 712's but they start at 15". I might end up looking for 15" rims next year.

Fortunately I have a stash of 13" performance tires here. They're all 10-15 years old though so they're not trustworthy.

How hard is it to get the Kosei wheels in 4x110? I've heard that people have had a hard time getting them custom ordered. If i were to get new 15's, those would be them. Least flashy and cheapest, without having to resort to a race-only steel wheel.

Kosei:
All the K1's are custom drilled, from what I've heard, so 4x110 should pose no problem.

Tires:
The Yokohama ES100 is available in 14" sizes.
There are at least a couple track tires available in 13" sizes.

a1670 - response to pm:

SSR: Mkii
http://www.speedstar.co.jp/collection/mk2/index.html

RS Watanabe: F8 (Front) F8S (Rear)
http://www.rs-watanabe.co.jp/index2.htm (frames, but you can dig around for the pics - looks basically like a Panasport FS)

HRE: 340 Series (All the wheels on the page except the 311)
http://hrewheels.com/Car/340Series/index.htm

You could also ask John Purner of CCW (Complete Custom Wheels) to make you some 4x110 wheels. I've heard his prices are very reasonable (don't know that he's ever made a set for FB guys though).
http://www.ccwheel.com/

As I stated in my previous post, the above wheels probably cost as much or more than most of us spent purchasing our FB's.

ok my kosies weighed 11.5lbs without the tires.

Also As far as I know Kosie hasent gone under. the best place to pick them up is at www.tirerack.com or at an Americas tire company. I bought mine for $149. Very affordable.
