What's the status of your 1st gen poll (phase II)

As per John's request, here's a poll on how we are all doing with our 1t gens five years later.

Results from the previous poll:

Yes, I can drive it right now. 87 47.28%
Yes, but it's on it's last legs. 7 3.80%
Yes, but it's undergoing minor repairs. 24 13.04%
Well sorta as long as the cops don't catch me. 18 9.78%
Nope, it's underging major surgery. 22 11.96%
Nope, not a chance in h3ll it'll ever run again. 1 0.54%
Nope, but when it's done it'll be a force to reckon with.

It is my daily driver. Back and forth to work. I drive the wifes car much more now. Gas mileage is better.

I also need a ton of work done to my car. about 5k would set it right.. but the motor is still strong even with the odometer cable breaking at 208888 miles on it. that was about 2 months ago.. so ad another 2k to that total just about and you have where it sits at now.

Biggest problem i currently have is an oil leak. I think that i'm going to take the AC off this weekend and see if i can't clean it up some to get a better feel for the leak. It is a pressure leak so it only happen going done the road. Still causing car to smoke though.

But over all if i could get a new driver seat, and a few other things i would be settled for a little while. My biggest fear is that I will drive it into the ground before i can make the needed repairs.

It's back to my daily driver. For a while I was using my friends FB and my Buick Regal, but my friend moved and I sold my Regal, so, back to good old Rexie

Mine is about 90% done. I'd still like to upgrade my turbo to a T04E ball bearing and see if I can put down some 300+ numbers. I'd also like to redo my interior to all black or black and tan. But other than that I drive my modded beast everywhere and get thumbs up everywhere.

Mine is my daily driver, but I only drive like twice a week... saves me a ton on gas. I don't have much need to drive while I'm in school, but once I go back to work, I'll still only be doing less than 25 miles a day. Plans are to buy a Corolla when I go back to work and start saving up to work on the 7. Hopefully, I'll be able to turn her into one fast, sexy ride.

Depending on my schedule,I can daily drive between 20 and 50 miles a day to and from work.
But since I also daily drive my V-6 Samurai and my 2 bikes, the RX doesnt get as many weekly miles on it that it used to.I make up for that though, since I always use the Mazda for road trips, mini vaction trips and any other long distance needs.WAY,WAY more comfy than the Zuki, and more fun on the highway.Im still averaging about 9000 miles per year.

Yeah Fibermaz, that's what I meant to type in there, modified not stock. But you can't edit a poll so make that weekend hot rod category the one where things get real modified, not stock.

both of my first gens could be daily drivers if i chose. my 80 Leather Sport only saw about 100 miles last year. pretty sad. my 82 GSL has seen about 250 miles since i took posession of the car in february and i have replaced A TON of parts to get this car on the road. my 88 10th Anniversary is waiting for me to get off of my fat lazy *** and put the new engine in. the engine is on my garage floor waiting. i just need to send the injectors out and put a flywheel and clutch on the engine and then i can drop it in.

I went with the queen just because of the "pretty much stock" since I've only got an exhaust and carb, but she's a hot rod. DGRR tested btw!

Mines a weekend warrior now, but I hope to be driving it full time this summer, once I get the carb and body sorted out.
