What are your winter projects?

I will be doing stainless lines for the brakes. Maybe some stereo adjustments.
I hope I'm not running out of projects, it just looks lame compared to last years suspension upgrade and cooling system overhaiul.

I'm still in the throws of my 3.8 V6 project, so steering (front steer R&P set up) and all of the misc that goes along with a swap like this.

On the V8FB I plan to get the equipment to paint it sometime in Feb. Also I'm thinking very hard about pulling the old SBC and going ls1/6m. Though I already bought a 6m for the sbc, not yet installed. Just don't know right now for sure.

I have the Respeed brackets for both my 7's, so I have to go hunting to S5 parts soon to do that. And I plan on putting ford axles in both of them too, I want 8" but most likly will go with the 8.8" as they're more common.

And allot of interior work on both.

RB Streetport Exhaust
Sterling Carb
Rats nest goes bye-bye
2nd gen FMOC
New fuel pump / FPR
New water pump, thermostat & hoses
New clutch. PP & bearings, master & slave cyl.
2nd gen direct fire ignition

I have just about everything ready to install. I'm ordering the exhaust after Christmas, and the carb should be here soon. I've been gathering parts all summer long, so I'm ready to get "Project Steamer" started!

Replace all the radiator and heater hoses. Replace oil cooler lines. Hopefully update my sound system with a CD head unit.

I need to buy a mig welder, weld up my fender wheels (damn rust) and fix a couple other holes... Then I need to do an insane amount of body work... Hopefully in the spring time it will be somewhat ready for paint.

replacing the clutch on my 92 Camry SE(almost literally as we speak..taking a break from the garage) and getting it converted from a salvage title to a rebuilt title so that it can be registered here in ohio. and then there's this 91 Sentra SE-R that i've aquired..........wow....uh...well, i think ther's hope for it. it doesnt have 5th gear in the trans, the doors have all but fallen off due to rust, the oil pan leaks like a civ, and the clutch cable needs adjusted. other than that, it runs like a champ so who knows what i'll do with it. i figure you can't go wrong buying a car for $150 if you have others to drive. but i also have to replace the left motor mount on my 95 ranger. i have the part but my free bay (other half is occupied by my 80 LS) is taken by my Camry. just trying to find the time to do it all and an extra set of hands to help.

Busy winter gut the whole engine bay, paint bay and under hood to bring everything together, dropin 12a hybrid b-port/w 48 IDA weber, RB streetport exhaust (fullsystem), new fuelpump and regulator, and I need to save$$$$ for a clutch and other odds and ends first then tune. then wait (get drunk)until the salt is gone if there is time left.

1. 2GCDFIS with TT board built my own hands.
2. Restore a set of SA waffle wheels and center caps to like new condition including clearcoat. New tires when this is done.
3. Recondition original stereo and replace old orig. speakers with better. Maybe replace the antenna and make it power up and down automagically.
4. Replace dual facet fuel pumps with holley pump and add regulator.
5. Fix fuel guage and speedo if I can.

I think that will keep me busy until spring.

Since I just toasted my motor on the way home from work yesterday, I think I will have to say an engine. I think I'm going to street port it.
-tint the hatch and two triangular windows.
-sway bars,
-energy suspension poly bushings,
-tokicos and eibachs,
-finish making my flywheel (going to end up weighing about 8.5 lbs),
-ACT clutch.

Then I will have to save again to race my ITA rx-7(track record at blackhawk farms raceway, just finished prep. for next year). this coming season if my grades are good.
