Am trying to find strut mounts for my '80 SA and all of the ones I keep getting will not fit due to the bearing that is in them. Attached is a picture of the latest one that I received alongside the one that came off the car. Have gotten two different ones and they both were this style. Am I missing something??

 

The FB ones are different. You need to get the 79/80 ones for sure. Have you tried atkins rotary or mazdatrix? Hmmm, I just looked an they only carry FB ones at Atkins and Mazdatrix is show NLA for the 79/80 part 8871-34-390.

 

The difference is only the center bearing hole which for the SA is flat sided and slightly smaller in diameter.

 

Yeah, already got the "NLA" answer from both. Was told that the ones for the 626 would work and the pictures shown for the KYB SM5304 looks correct but when I got them you see the issue. Surely someone has found a fit on some that I can get. I'll keep looking........
