What is the name of the part connected to the lower strut?

While doing a brake swap my bonehead decided to lose a washer(too lazy to take off the other side, probably the most time consuming part of the swap). Here the pics:



Will one washer actually make a big difference to the function of the car?
Right now, it's using a temp washer so if anyone know the size, it'd help much.

#30 in the black dragon picture is what your looking for,

but the part is called a steering knuckle.

If you are referring to the lock washer that goes onto that bolt. Go down ot the hardware store and buy one. It is nothing special.

I don't remember off the top of my head but it seems to be around the 12-14mm. Jus take a tape measure and measure across the width.

Replace your ball joint next, the boot is torn so its life span is limited.

UHHHH Mazda, NAPA, PepBoys, Checkers, or any other parts stores, you have in the US, hell maybe try the FS section?
