Someone hacked up the vent solenoid chambers? I think thats what I'm looking at. JBWeld FTW!

What a terrible thing to do. I would replace the air horn after seeing that.

Yes, but any idea what they tried to accomplish by welding in these plates?

Yea there were a couple parts of jb that flaked off to the touch too.. ick.
