I put on one of those Euro Style antennas like in the the Mazda 5. I had to move the old one anyway to get the rear spoiler on.

you can get shark antennae all day long on eBay - but buy actual BMW or Audi parts, or you might end up with a "Shark-look" dummy antenna.

Yah, you can get cheap copy son e-bay but they don't usually have an active stage to boost the signal. I got mine from the local car audio place. They ordered it for about $40. Mazda sells theirs for about $110.

It was pretty easy to mount. I just had to drill out the hole to make it bigger. Then re-route the antenna wire from the back corner to the top. You will also need a 12volt source to power the booster on the antenna. Pretty simple overall.

As for reception, it's not as good as the original antenna, but I don't listen to FM much anyway! Mostly MP3...

Mazda Prodige 5. but they are the same for most Mazdas and a lot of the Toyotas and other compacts. Just walk through a parking lot and spot the one you like!

just paint then put the sprayer back but if you must put an antena. 93 civics have the antena right on the roof of the driver side and is much smaller and discreet than others and wont make your se7en look like an r.c. car.
