I'm putting a S4 13BN/A into my 84 gsl and I was wondering what diameter of exhaust pipe to use for that motor with a single pipe system for best performance (no Y to dual).
I also want to know if anybody has any experience with and preferances when it comes to intake brand, K&N, HKS, APEX'i, etc...?

2.5 shoudl be fine

just get the RB exhaust for the GSL-SE. It'll bolt up fine.

 

2.5 sounds good, i'll give that a shot .. i'd love to do the full RB one but funds are limmited and I know an exhaust guy that'll gimme a sweet deal.

Hornbm: I see that your using the K&N cone on yours .. how is it working for you and was a clean install?
