hopefully these help. btw i believe it keeps your car from falling on its face when you let off the gas.

No a couple years ago my dad bought me a 83 rx7 real cheap it needed a carb. We really got into it this year. We got the carb but we forgot this peice. He bought me another 83 for parts and a 85 that works perfectly!

Nice! Parts cars are a 1st gen owners best friend. My blue 83 is now a parts car now that the engines locked up

eventually. I wish I could put the engine, trans, and rear end that's in my silver 83 daily driver into the blue one but I think I'm just either gonna rebuild and turbo the 12a or do a TII swap.
