Previous owner overtightened lugs

So the previous owner torqued a lug on my back right wheel too much and stripped the threads on the stud. When I went to put on different wheels, the nut free spun and I had to use vice grips to pull it off. What do I have to do to fix it? I am driving very carefully on 3 lugs since it's my dd.

Here are pics of the new wheels. Konig Rewinds 15x7 +0 offset. And the stud.

Is that all? Ok wow that's a lot easier than I though. Do I just have to remove the brake/hub?
