Website Updated!!

I just updated my website - made some things clearer and added
three pages - a page on adapting a Holley manifold to the stock
intake manifold, a page on some cars that I used to own, and a
gratuitous page of pegged gauges that I made while I had my
video camera hooked up to my computer. Yes friends now I have some REAL pegged-tach pics... I could have taken a few hundred but I settled for just five

It starts at http://www.geocities.com/izzmus/ . Hope ya like the new color scheme - I was using color 12A12A on a gray background - while the name of the color was cool, it was too hard to read. Now it's solid red on a black background, just like the gauges on a Series 3.

Try again - it's up for me. (I know it was down earlier, yes they suck)

FWIW, GeoCities allows 3 gig per MONTH of bandwidth. That's only 4.5meg per hour. I'm working on paring down lots of the bulk (mainly smaller pictures) but anybody who wants the soundfiles or the video should save them to disk instead of re-downloading them.

edit: scratch that - it's still down. My ISP has unlimited bandwidth restrictions but they only allow 5 megs of space. My site is currently 12.3megs and there's lots of stuff that I don't have up for lack of room.

Ding Ding ding! Look what I just got...

Dear GeoCities Member,

Your web site, http://www.geocities.com/izzmus
seems to have been receiving a large amount of traffic.
Our records indicate that you're using more than the allotted amount
of data transfer we provide for a free web site, which is 3 gigabytes
per month (measured on an hourly basis). That means that during the
past few days we had to temporarily turn your site off to keep the
bandwidth within this limit.
GRRR....

I get those messages all the time from Geocities. The latest site I made of tripod. I haven't gotten enough traffic to that site to tell if it will do it. Maybe I should post the address on the 3rd gen forum and find out what will happen.

A site I frequent uses Geocities for his main page, which refers to other stuff of his in Angelfire and Tripod. I get a lot of "Come back in 2 hours" messages.

Oh come on... the car only ran 15's... if i cared about winning I'd need something that ran 8's or 9's. I just go to have fun and get my fix of tire smoke and tranny abuse.
