Im betting its the 45 DCOE for the stock port? I know some people here that have that setup, but I dont know what ports they are running them on.

i dont get it. with a 45dcoe reccomended for a mild 12a, the 'kit' seems to cost more than buying the carb, manifold and fittings.

The kit is for a manifold, carb and hardware I believe. Mazdatrix sells the 45dcoe kit too I believe for 750-800bucks? The manifold new is $200 and the carb body is 350-450? Then the jets, venturis, etc bring it up to 500-550? I am not sure? I have a weber 50dco(46mm chokes), its very good for a bridgeported engine I have, too big for a mildport though. it has severe bog problems at low rpm as a flow sacurfice, but is very good above 4000rpm. Very good above 4000rpm.(grinning)

Yeah mazdaracing is flaky. I would only deal with them if I was locally located near them.

they are in so cal (i believe). that is close enough to you to drive down there to get it. otherwise, i donot now if i would deal with them either.

and if you do drive down there, stop in bakersfield on the way back up for lunch. i would not mind taking a look at the setup

Mazdatrix is asking $805 for their setup.

What I want to know is what's up with the claimed "Mazdaracingdotcom manifold"? Did they actually go to the trouble to design, test, and have manufactured their own manifold, or is it somebody elses? Or a knockoff of somebody elses?

Madatrix's pics are small but their intake runners look longer.

The highest elevation is 4,372 at Copernicus Peak in the Diablo Range; the lowest elevation is sea level.
