washers on oil hoses

washers on oil hoses

i need to know the correct two sizes of the washers used on the oil hoses. thanks.

I just went through this... just go and get the ones from Mazdatrix.. you can't use a regular washer or else it won't crush enough to seal...

You can as long as they are copper. Take the banjo bolt with you when you visit the auto parts store.

Copper? why copper, the factory units are aluminum.

I work at a NAPA warehouse through the summer... I tried doing as Mr. Perez mentioned and there were no copper or aluminum washers that fit properly... for all the more they cost, why would you bother with anything less than the best?
