***Mint 85 GS for SALE***

1985 GS 5sp. All original - No Modifications

I am the original owner and only driver of this pristine vehicle that now has 37,000 original miles. This beauty has never spent an evening out of a garage, never been driven in the snow, and only a handful of times in the rain. The car has only been hand washed (yes that’s the original paint) and beautified with the best car care products available.

This classic has only been serviced at the Mazda Dealer where it was purchased and all of the service records are available on their computer system. I probably have 95% of the original service reports.

My baby still has the original “carpeted” mats with the Rx-7 inscription. The passenger mat is in mint condition while the driver’s mat does have a hole (sorry!) where my right heel rests. The only flaws that I am aware of are as follows:
The moulding surrounding the LR Marker Light needs to be re-applied.
The power antennae (a factory replacement) is not functioning.
3 buttons on the original radio equipment do not work.

The last major service was performed April, 1999 (34429 miles) and included a standard 35000 mile factory service and the following:
Rear brake shoes & cylinders
Draining and servicing of cooling system
All new hoses
Clutch slave master cylinder

8/1999 – 4 New Pirelli P4000 Tires
11/2001 - New Battery

****Please E-mail me if there is "serious" interest***

That's a nice looking car. I hope the red 83 I restored comes out looking as good after I rub it out. Even raw it looks pretty good (well, it looks red all over - and the same red too!).
