Victoria British need opinion

I'm about to place an order for some parts. I figured I'd pick up an intake gasket and the O rings while I'm at it. Just wondered if the quality is the same as OEM or should I get those from the dealer? Any advice would be cool. Thanks guys!

Some of it is oem or made by the original supplier. I've used thier intake gaskets, they are fine. For the smaller o-rings, you can find at most auto part stores.

Not all of thier stuff is up to spec, stay away from thier carpet.

I wish you luck, the only reason why I said goto a dealer is because they may have the part in already, and you wont have to wait... When i ordered myn i was not in a massive rush to get the car started right away (winter )

I'm only about 65 miles from VB, so when I need something from them, I call ahead and they have it waiting at the city desk. Good excuse for a drive on the interstate.

As for intake gaskets, I got mine at Checker for $8. . . . I left my VB with the car, so I can't check right now.

I'm only about 5 miles away. I've purchased several small things from them, including the intake gasket and o-rings. They were fine and about the same as the ones I bought from autozone. The nice part about VB is that they stock them and autozone needed to order them for me so it took an extra day or so to get them. That doesn't make much difference for those who need to wait for VB to ship, but for me, having VB nearby means no waiting for parts, at least for the ones I trust VB on. It also means I can inspect the parts before I buy them.
