If you want you could take the bolt out, and hook it back up to the blue tube coming off the air cleaner directly above it. Unless it's blocked for a reason.
thanks i dont have the first clue as to why some on would do that is there a reason ? lol

They may have blocked it because it was bad. If you pull the bolt out, and hook the hose back to the air cleaner, and it doesn't want to run right, you'll know why they did that.
I hope the port on the bottom of the air cleaner was also blocked, or dirt can get sucked into the engine......

mines blocked because its bad. Pull that bolt out when ideling and you'll know why its blocked. Leave it there.
