Well, search is good, but I'll try a quick answer. Streetporting is the best way to expect this kind of power at the wheels. But with that comes an upgraded exhaust system and intake system. If you want a simple formula:
Streetport
Sterling Carb
Racing Beat Header
This should make what you want. Could also try a lightened flywheel for extra acceleration.
