Turn signals

All the steering wheel controls work fine except for the fact that my turn signals won't cancel out when I come outta the turn. every once in a blue it does when I turn right, I can manually cancel them and I kinda used to it cuz of my bike, but it would be nice if they cancelled by themselves, any idea how to fix this?

sounds like the turn signal cancelling ring behind the steering wheel is broken or missing a tit. remove the steering wheel and inspect the ring.

R-cien: did you check my link? Get the new part. Remove steering wheel. Remove old part. Install new part. Install steering wheel.

Simple as that. Just be careful to line up the pins on the new part with the holes in the steering wheel or else you'll have 2 broken parts on your hands.

I have installed a Momo wheel with Momo hub and another with cheap Ebay hub. Both have working turn signal cancel rings. Here's a picture of the ring. I believe the tabs should be on the top and bottom when the steering wheel is pointed straight.

If the pegs are not at the top and bottom the canceling mechanism is not triggered properly. With a stock wheel the holes are in the right place when the steering wheel is pointed straight ahead. With an aftermarket wheel the hub should be mounted with the holes in this same position. Then fasten the wheel to the hub in the straight ahead position.
Mazdatrix's picture gives another perspective of the canceling ring.
