Story goes the po went out one day turned the key nothing happened so it sat this was in 2001. I picked the car up cleaned it up here and there (1987 turbo II ) and this is what I find when I toss a battery in it. Headlights work, turn signals dont, hazards do, windows dont, sunroof doesnt, dome light does. Anyone have any ideas?

 

Start with checking fuses then report back and go from there.
