-TurboII Exhaust manifold - oval bolt holes, grind exhaust path 5mm inward on each side.
-TurboII Turbo
-TurboII Wastegate
-Nikki(stock) Carb w/mods done to handle boost
-12aTurbo(j-spec) intake manifold(stock will hit turbo)
-Turbo Hat for Carb
-GSL-SE Fuel pump
-Rising rate Fuel pressure regulator
-New fuel lines
-Drill hole/put in fitting in engine front cover for turbo oil return line
-T fitting where the oil pressure gauge gets it's reading from for turbo oil feed line
-Remove vacume advance and weld centrifugal advance on distributor.
-Downpipe + whatever you want to do with the rest of the exhaust.

Plus a few other hoses and fittings to connect everything together. You can also add a blowoff valve or intercooler if you want.

Or you can use lots of other newer turbos, but this is the cheapest, easiest way to go.

No, not done yet

Robert has had some problems getting me parts. None of it really his fault, he has been having some very bad luck getting sick and parts being stolen.

But now he has gotten me almost everything I need, and another box is on the way with the rest of it. The parts he has sent me look VERY nice, and are in excellent condition. I'll take some pics whenever I can find my digital camera.

I'm going to be going on vacation for 1 week starting friday, then back for 5 days, then on vacation for another week. So I won't be able to work on it very much. Once I get back from the second vacation work will really start. All that has really gotten done so far is everything stripped off and the new clutch(6 puck dual friction).

Why use a GSL-SE fuel pump. Get a aeromotive pump and aeromotive RRFregulator. If you use a S4 or S5 turbo, cut off the manifold ears for the 13b flange and use a good thick metal tube(whatever thickness is nessessary to clear the intake manifold) and a plasma cut 12a flange wielded to it. No need to get any custom intake manifold then. Just set the carb to work with a turbo and it will be good to go.

You still do need the custom manifold, the turbo WILL hit the stock intake manifold. I am just ovaling out the 4 bolt holes and exhaust paths to match the 12a. In the beginning I was just getting a nikki modded for boost, since it wasn't much work for him, he was jsut giving me the intake setup for free. But since Robert found that the turbo will hit it, he had to do something a little different. Luckily, a customer with a VERY nice custom nikki setup came in and wanted to switch to fuel injection, so I got his old setup that he had spent some $$$ modding. Best part is, Robert is still giving me the intake free

Manifold has TONS of porting done to it. The turbo hat is a custom setup, with a nicley machined lip put onto the carb that the hat is pushed down onto for a perfect seal. This setup was putting out lots more hp than I will have, but has been re-jetted for how much HP I should have.

Here's 2 pics of it:
