But I appreciate the volumes of feedback, most of it constructive, indicating how I could fix this thing, including the guy who said Trump should be impeached.

I had no idea this thing would go viral.

So I've listened to each and every one of you and would like to suggest the following revisions:

Have you driven one? It's a very good car. They weigh less than 3000 lbs and they are definitely sports cars with respect to their handling, despite the back seat. It would have been neat to see a shorter wheelbase/2 seat model, but that doesn't make the car not a sports car. Drive any "sporty" sedan, or drive all of them, that have ever been made. then get in a RX-8 and tell me it belongs in the sporty sedan category, rather than the sports car category. Protip: You can't. I'll give you that the wheelbase is longer than I'd prefer, but it seems a bridge too far to say they suck.

If any RX-7 isn't a sports car, you could make a case for the FC (that its more on the grand tourer side of things) but that's nit picking, and coilovers nix the GT aspects.

Cannot disagree, even though it's the slowest RX-7/8 engine, which is why I turned down a GSL-SE for a GSL. There is something intangible but present in the driving experience of a 12a that the fuel injected models don't replicate.
