Tow Hooks for an FB?

I'm looking to get some tow hooks for my FB. Nothing wrong with the stock ones, I just need something more visable for track days.

Also, the Mariah Mode 1 front bumper makes them almost almost impossible to use without damaging the bumper.

Anyone have any idea where I can get some from (especially for the front) or knows of universal ones that work?

we used to just run a carabiner on the factory tow hook, it just worked like an extension.

whatever you do DON'T get the fancy aluminum ones, like the pic, any side load will just snap em

Do you think that it is long enough to clear the front air dam?

I recently saw a pic of some nylon strap ones. No idea where they came from but looked effective.

I've had to use mine before. They held up well.

http://www.rennenmetal.com/manuals/2110.pdf has pictures to show you how they fit.

Before you lose your a*s, read the listing. They are steel.

I'm a little concerned with the length of the front. It looks like it barely clears the plastic grill on the front stock wedge shaped bumper. Anyone try this who is running a front air dam?

Holy crap, that is some serious stuff. You can also use that to anchor a cargo ship. It clears your airdam well though.

I ordered the other one today. It cost me $51 shipped. I went with the powder-coat red which will stand out nicely on my (soon to be) Titanium Grey FB.

I will let you guys know if it clears the airdam.

In the unlikely event that I need a tow, the Marvelous Minions of Mazda have provided just the right hooks.
