ya i know i need the adapter, its spendy but i should be able to afford it or get one machined. rotary dave ive looked at your build thread over and over its inspiring haha great job by the way. so far its not lookin to bad ive been told about 400-500 for the tII fuel injection the only thing that sounds expensive is the custom adapter for the intake and the custom exhaust manifold

Hmmmmm. Do some more research.. I guarantee you you'll spend more than you plan. Check out my build thread if you want.
Since you will be getting everything stock TII ecu and all you will save more forsure. Is your turbo good? Rebuild can be 350-900 depending on if its bad and what you might need. A lot of "good" turbos are bad turbos..
Yes, I like things done clean. I find everything as cheap as possible, do all my own work and still doubled my budget... and I'm not done.
What I see you need to add to your list is:
TMIC
TII throttle cable
Tap front cover for oil drain
Oil drain line
Oil feed
Boost guage(wideband would be nice)
Wastegate??? for custom manifold
and probably more. It adds up dude.
Hope it all works out.
