Throtle position sensor?

my cars been stumbling a little under acceleration, and my dad says its a throtle position sensor. He says there's a glass 5 watt fuse ( according to the haynes manual) and its somewhere under the dash, not in the fuse box. can any of you tell me where it is so i can check the fuse?

I think it's above the fuse block, clipped on top of the computer.
