thing on bottom of rad

the bottom wire connection on the rad what is it for, I know the top one is a level sensor

It is a temperature switch. It is used by the ECU for emissions stuff. You don't really need it especially if you have removed the rats nest.

OK so now how about the thing on top of the rad that has one wire going to it on a 12A engine? What is it?

on that same note ... not too hijack a thread ... but where does the wire that attaches to the low coolant level attach ... ever since i've bought my car it was never attached and I couldn't find any loose wires around it.

Look for a loose or even cut wire running around the battery toward the front area. There's a wrapped wire harness hung on the sheetmetal ridge that runs from the coil area behind the light bucket to the radiator. You're looking for a single black wire...

i'll try to look again ... but i remember last time that i looked, there were 2 single wires with female plug in there just like regular connectors nothing that has the same shape as the rad plug. And i think that they didn't even reach
