Thanks V8kilr!

Regarding my starting problem I turned the key to ON and snipped the black wire with the yellow stripe on the fuel pump relay and did indeed hear a click. I turned the key and it started up! Two quick questions though, 1. If the car can run without this wire, what is its purpose in the first place? and 2. The idle nows fluctuates between 750 and 100 rpms. any ideas on how to remedy this? Thanks again.

It will idle steady at 750 rpm's then drop down to around 100rpms. It doesnt stall, but comes close. If I rev it up, it will idle back to 750 then fluctuate again.
