Completed AT to MT swap - Car wont start

First, the car ran fine last Saturday when we started the swap. Now it wont start.

We completed swapping the JDM TII MT into the car. A couple of background tidbits...

1) Plugged the vacuum port that the AT plugged into

2) The neutral switch leads on the MT are not connected to anything

3) The reverse switch lead is wired from the black w/yellow wire under the shifter to the thin red w/green wire that was the odd man out of the trio of wires on the white connector on the left side of the engine.

4) The other two wires on that white connector (thick black w/red and thick black w/green don't connect to anything.

5) The starter is wired up through the clutch interlock per RotaryResurrection's instructions.

Current observations:

1) The battery is fully charged

2) The engine turns over very quickly. Throughout we've gotten no sign of it firing.

3) I labeled all the plug wires before we started. I also verified that they are connected to the correct plugs. Twice.

4) I used an in-line spark checker on all the plugs. They are all firing. I also pulled a plug and laid it on the UIM and it sparked like crazy.

5) I visually searched for disconnected vacuum lines. I also pressurized the UIM to 25 lbs to listen for leaks. Heard none.

6) After our first attempt I assumed we'd flooded it so I pulled the plugs. They were dry. V8Kilr's AT->MT write-up said you'd have to reset the idle after the swap so I thought maybe we just needed to press the gas which normally you dont do with FI

7) Pressing the gas still didn't result in any attempt to start. It doesnt kick, buck or anything.

8) Pulled the plugs again and they were damp (shiny, not drippy).

9) I pulled the clamp on the fuel line, wiggled the line and a thin spray of fuel sprayed out so we have fuel.

So I have fuel and spark, but no combustion. Any ideas on what to do next? Again, the car ran fine last Saturday.

Thx

Following Kevin's "Unflooding a lightly flooded 2gen - Phase2:"

I'm going to try the complete procedure. See what that does.

Kevin Lander's - Minor Diety?

Well, Kevin's place in the expanses of rotary heaven are assured. It was flooded and the 1/2 cup of atf in each rotor worked. Wow does that produce a ton of smoke!

Woot! Thanks, Kevin! Rotary Resurrection FTW!
