no, trochoid i just pulled this **** outta my ***. i don't know what the hell i'm talking about. too bad we can't direct bolt-in a working brain for you.
where did you get such a pleasant attitude??? <-------this is sarcasm

no, dumbass you can't make 400 hp by swapping out suspension, it is the engine that makes the horsepower, hhhhhahahahahahahahahah. suspension helps keep the car on the road.

About the fuel system cleaner? It's fine, won't hurt a thing.

most people on this sight feel they get good results with a product called Sea Foam. You might want to give that a try instead.

Seafoam and Chevron are probably about the same thing (fuel system and general crap removing magical snake oil) Neither will do anything negative to your car. Weather you notice any positive effects varys from car to car and person to person.

Good compression numbers!

Could you please post pics of your Independant susspension'd first gen?

And explain how easy it is to get over 400rwhp?

I'm sure you know exactly what you're talking about (you say you do) but as far as giving a newb advice about his first RX7 your post was borderline rediculous.

You might as well have told him how neat it would be to install a rocket ship motor and a flux capacitor.

and now, once she's going, im gonna pick up the 1985, your specialty alex-7, and get going on her. the engine runs okay, so we'll see how she does.

im ordering plates saying ROTARY1 and ROTARY2, then when i get a gen 3, itll say ROTARY3.

i love the idea of having 2 running rx-7's. my girlfriend can drive one to clucb events, and i can drive the other. if the newer rx-7 runs really well, i am actually tempted to sell my mazda 6.

Lol, I'm more a master of the obvious around here. There are people on this site that know scary abounts about these little cars. (reciting bolt thread sizes off the top of their heads, **** like that)

I'd keep your mazda 6, at least for a while.

NO!!! Don't sell the mazda 6. Even thought these 1st gens are very reliable they are still 20+ year old cars. Things still pop up with these cars every now and them. I say keep the mazda 6 as a relaible driver. just in case.

there is no way i am giving any of my hard earned info away to people that are negative about things.

if you can't figure out how too get 400 hp out of a rotary engine you need to do a search cuz i'm not telling you.

Well, if you can't understand sarcasm/irony, or take a little poke in good humor without getting an attitude about, then I suggest you take your vast knowledge and 400 hp elsewhere.

This forum is here to help others and to share knowledge and experience. I'll believe the Miata irs swap and 400 hp when you post your own thread with pics of the install process and a dyno sheet to back up the hp. Until such time, to me, you are just another poser with an attitude.

i test drove the rx8 once.. as much as a rotary fan that i am.. i also test drove the 04 mazdaspeed miata and was more impressed with it.. i think the rx7 series was the peak of rotary excellence.. very disappointed in all aspects of the 8.. it is a very confused car..

is it a coupe? sedan? sports car? economy car? with a powerful n/a engine? what?

should have made it a 2 door 2 seat sports car.. but no.. they didnt

I agree, the 1st gen 7s are a better car than the new RX8 for the reasons you point out. And a first gen would be ruined by a 400 hp engine, so who cares?
Zoomy, where's those pictures?
