Tail Lights?

I owned a 2nd and 3rd gen and their was a lot of diff. things you could do with the tail lights. So far I haven't seen anything that I like and if their isn't anything out there that is a direct replacement then I guess I'll have to fab up some that I like. But I was hoping some of you guys could help me out and load up some pics of different types of tail lights.
thanks

I fab up lights in the S5/99 Spec fashion. aws140 and CAM:12A have sets of my lights and they can attest to workmanship

It's a very involved process that took alot of trial and error with practice. It takes great patience and skill to pull the lenses apart and reseal them. I offer them for sale for a cheap enough price. PM me if you want more details. Do you have an FC? I'd recommend taking the diffuser out of the S5 lights, it makes a very nice difference. Again it takes patience and skill

I had an FC actually I had 2 and an FD. The FD was my daily and the FC's were drift cars, but then I moved here to alabama and California wouldn't let any of them come through their port because of emisions!!!!
So I sold my babies it almost made me cry!! HAHA sorta

Oh yea I would be interested but I really would rather get my project a motor, tranny, ecu, turbo, well everything but the cosmetics done first.
Thanks though

Why sell them?,......it sounds like you had a lot of moeny into them.
Should have kept the FC's as track cars and just put the FD back together stock and enjoyed it.3rd gens are so rare, even a smog legal one is a great ride......and smog legal in CA doesnt mean it has to be stock,or slow.....I proved that years ago.

I did mine not to long ago. The only pain is taking the old lenses apart they can crack easily. I buffed the inside and outside. With 1000 and 1200 grit paper then I used a plastic polish it came out like new.

Matson wouldnt send them for me and the only reason was California's laws or something, and thats the only people that the military can use. And like an idiot I had sold all the stock parts that I took off for new parts to put on and my dad was going back to Iraq. My mom wanted to be around her parents and so I didnt have enough time so I sold them. But no worries I've got a 85 now and I've got MONSTER plans. MWAHAHAHA!!!
Just thought I would give the mad scientist laugh a try, I don't think it works for me!!
