Alright and I also have this http://mazdatrix.com/f-writng.htm the one that is "street strip" and the clutch disc to match it. Would it be smart to use this still?

You need to see about the balancing of the engine. I am not sure if those will fit if they are not designed for a 13b.

No, that clutch and p-plate are fine. The clutches are the same for '83-'92 NA. If the new engine was a turbo model, then it would be different. But it's not, so you are cool with what you have.
