You need to see about the balancing of the engine. I am not sure if those will fit if they are not designed for a 13b.

No, that clutch and p-plate are fine. The clutches are the same for '83-'92 NA. If the new engine was a turbo model, then it would be different. But it's not, so you are cool with what you have.
