I do not have one but I was at an autocross were a fellow had a header straight piped back to a supertrapp and I thought it was way too load fo rthe street. I suppose if you kept the cat or added presilencers it would be livable.

just my $.o2

Supertraps are tunable. You can quiet them down to whatever level you want by adding difusers. However, the difusers are power robbers, so you have to find a compromise you're comfortable with.

I do not know how quiet they can get though. The Mindtrain “autocross” system, according to them, is way too loud for the street and it has Supertrapp-like tunable mufflers. Even at full restriction a tunable muffler may be too loud for a rotary with no other cat/presilencer/turbo ect.

is your system equiped with the presilencers? I called mindtrain and they told me that the "autocross" system was way too loud for the street, even just to drive the car to the venue. I do not remember if that particular system came with presilcers or not. We are probaly talking about different systems.
